The Canada Payments Sales Associate within the Corporate & Investment Bank ("CIB") helps our clients meet their objectives and challenges in cash management and working capital. Clients benefit from dedicated coverage provided by experienced industry-focused Global Corporate Bankers and Payments Sales Managers, who deliver the firm\'s extensive product platform and presence around the world.

The Payments Sales Associate ("PSS") will support the Payments Sales Specialist responsible for growing portfolio revenue and achieve new business sales goals through effective account planning, strong relationships and implementation of sophisticated selling strategies. Responsibilities Include:

  • Key contributor to the success of the overall business in Canada by focus on revenue growth, retention and revenue rampup
  • Assist Product Sales Specialist with the management of new and existing deals - support new bids by coordinating with product partners to develop solutions, understand/build pricing and profitability models, support RFP/RFI submissions,
  • Strong and effective proposal and presentation preparation to communicate and persuade internal , external stakeholders and transaction execution.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and provide go forward strategy/recommendations
  • Understand the client\'s account structure, cash flow, product usage and global setup
  • Coordinate onboarding and help manage seamless integration with implementation partners.
  • Research and assessment of key industries, long term vision related to specific industries, trends and developing product roadmap, inclusive of pricing and commercialization
  • Develop strong relationships within JPM Sales organizations - anticipate client needs/challenges and proactively engage appropriate JPMorgan Payments partners to develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Gain a firm understanding of clients Treasury objectives - develop account plans, briefing memos and support relationship reviews in partnership with Sales teams.
  • Think outside the box and identify new ways to advance team wide initiatives and help the broader JPMorgan Payments organization
Qualifications:

  • 2+ years\' experience in cash management or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions
  • Goal driven with the ability to foster innovation and solve problems creatively
  • Strong time management, organizational and planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently with keen attention to follow-up coordination
  • Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of the banking industry and payment network in Canada
  • Drives clarity across competing priorities with willingness to roll up sleeves, always poised and positive even in situations influenced by frequent change, disagreement, stress, and ambiguity. Adaptable to change.
  • Drives cross-collaboration across all levels of the organization
