Propell is looking for Welder Journeypersons & Apprentices to join our Calgary manufacturing team as part of our afternoon shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Read and interpret production drawings, work orders and other manufacturing specifications to accurately layout, weld and fabricate product, sub-assemblies and components for manufacturing Operate welding equipment and other metalworking tools and machinery Ensure quality and other necessary documentation is completed Attend training, production and safety meetings as required Maintain safe work procedures at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

Journeyman/Journeywoman Trade Certificate or Apprenticeship CWB ticket 3+ years of experience in welding and/or fabrication an asset Able to interpret and follow written instructions and engineering drawings Strong knowledge and skill in operating all metalworking machinery Strong attention to detail Able to work well in both independent and team environments Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $35.00-$38.00 per hour

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
Experience:

Heavy Equipment Welding: 3 years (preferred)
