About Us:

Position: Licensed Plumber (Full-time, Part-time, Permanent)

Salary: $35 - $45 per hour, based on experience

Who We're Looking For:

- A Red Seal licensed Journeyman with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.

- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with managers, clients, and coworkers.

- A reliable and eager worker with a proven track record.

Areas of Specialization:

- Video camera inspection and locating.

- Use of drain cleaning equipment.

- Installation and maintenance of drainage, waste, and venting systems.

- Potable water distribution and water filtration/softeners.

- Kitec replacement experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems.

- Conduct video camera inspections and perform drain cleaning.

- Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes; join pipes using various methods.

- Inspect and test pipes for leaks and determine piping system requirements.

- Install pumps and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets.

- Read blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate installations.

Additional Qualifications:

- Previous mechanical experience is an asset.

- Familiarity with Uponor piping and tools.

- Willingness to be on-call for 24/7 emergency service.

- Working at Heights training and up-to-date WHMIS certification.

- Certified backflow prevention certificate (ASSE or OWWA) is an asset.

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as job-specific.

- Overtime pay at time-and-a-half from 7 PM to 7 AM during the week; double time on statutory holidays.
