Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
Upsell hair care products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon sales.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
Proficient in various hair styling techniques and trends.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Ability to effectively upsell products and services while maintaining client trust.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall salon experience.
