ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking Journeyperson Electricians to join our Lloydminster team. In this hands-on role, you will lead electrical installations, service calls, and commissioning across industrial, commercial, agricultural, and residential projects. You hold a valid Red Seal certification (or equivalent) and bring 3-5 years of field experience. You thrive in fast-paced job sites, relish troubleshooting complex systems, and take pride in mentoring apprentices.
As a Journeyperson at Harris Electric, you will:

Service & Troubleshoot: Respond to service calls on industrial motors, commercial lighting retrofits, agricultural equipment, and residential panels. Diagnose faults, recommend scope adjustments, and implement corrective actions.
Quality & Safety: Enforce our "Safety-First" culture. Conduct hazard assessments, ensure correct lock-out/tag-out procedures, and confirm PPE usage. Verify all installations are neat, organized, and code compliant.
