This role is essential in ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The Journeyperson will work collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional results while adhering to industry regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Perform skilled tasks in your trade, including installation, maintenance, and repair work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to apprentices or less experienced workers. Troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement effective solutions promptly. Document work performed and maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on tasks. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Journeyperson in your specific trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry). Strong knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and techniques used in the trade. Ability to read and understand technical documents, including blueprints and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Valid certification or license relevant to the trade is preferred. Pay: $40.00-$52.00 per hour
