We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their trade, demonstrating proficiency and expertise in various tasks. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and collaboration with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks related to your trade, including installation, maintenance, and repair work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete projects accurately. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while working on-site. Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to coordinate project tasks and timelines. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary. Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices or less experienced workers when needed. Document work performed and maintain accurate records of materials used.

Skills

Proven experience as a Journeyperson in your specific trade as an automotive technician Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship on all tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety practices within the trade. A valid certification or license in your trade is mandatory as vehicle inspections are required. Experience in body would be a definite asset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
