As a Journeyperson, you will be responsible for performing complex tasks and projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Execute various tasks within your trade, including installation, maintenance, and repair work. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete projects accurately. Collaborate with team members and other tradespeople to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to promote a safe working environment.

Skills

Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment relevant to your trade. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and specifications. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
