We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual for the position of . This role requires a strong background in various construction and maintenance person tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, masonry, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of building processes and techniques, ensuring high-quality results in every project undertaken.

Responsibilities



Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction projects accurately. Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for structural integrity. Execute restoration projects with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Install cabinets, flooring, and tiles while ensuring precision and quality. Conduct construction painting to enhance aesthetics and durability. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting. Carry out roofing tasks with a focus on safety and quality standards. Apply caulking for weatherproofing and sealing purposes. Assist in plumbing and electrical installations as needed. Participate in construction estimating to assess project costs accurately. Handle heavy lifting as required during various phases of construction. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements



Proven experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, or related fields. Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus. Strong maintenance person experience across multiple disciplines such as plumbing, electrical work, siding installation, and assembly. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and efficiently. Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
