Summary

Journeyman Service Plumber required immediately for commercial plumbing repairs, service, boilers/combustion, preventative maintenance, and mechanical installation services.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to complete tasks safely.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and safely operate a company service vehicle.
• Must have own tools basic tools to perform job duties
• Candidate to provide criminal reference check and driver abstract
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
• Experience with Commercial buildings and facilities.
• Must have a great ability to carry out service work in a professional and respectful manner and properly communicate with customers.
• Read blueprints, determine layouts of plumbing fixtures, water supplies, vent and drainage systems, repair and maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems, install commercial plumbing fixtures
• Able to repair/service boilers and hydronic heating systems, plumbing systems and all related equipment.
• Building shut down and repairs.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum (5) years commercial experience
• Redseal Journeyman with Gas ticket
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
