We are looking for an experienced AG Journeyman Service Technician for one of our Winnipeg clients. As an Ag Journeyman, you will have a passion for diagnosing and repairing farm machinery.

The AG Journeyman Service Technician will:
  • Diagnose and repair a variety of equipment
  • Determine service requirements and provide valuable solutions for our customers
  • Analyze and interpret mechanical, hydraulic and electrical schematics
  • Perform on-site repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment, following technical manual procedures
  • Documentation of service records for invoicing purposes
  • Travel to and from service visits when required, using company provided vehicle and fuel
  • Work collaboratively with a team of technicians, customer service and sales representatives
  • Provide weekend on-call services as required
You and Your Experience:
  • Heavy Duty Ag Red Seal Certification
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of CaseIH equipment will be considered an asset
  • Strong computer skills, with ability to perform computer functions and diagnostics
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Highly organized and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
  • Valid driver\'s license with a reasonable abstract
