Role:
you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our residential and commercial clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Installation and Maintenance:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing, heating and cooling systems including water heaters, softeners, RO, as well as furnaces, air conditioners, and other heating / cooling systems
Diagnostics and Repairs:
Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve issues in plumbing and HVAC systems efficiently and effectively.
Customer Interaction:
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining work performed, system operations, and maintenance recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards, ensuring work complies with applicable codes and regulations.
Documentation:
utilize company provided technology to accurately record the work performed
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other technicians, apprentices, and office staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
Strong commitment to customer service and quality worksmanship
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Availability for on-call work or emergency services as required
