What you'll do
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential and commercial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layouts.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to support remodeling efforts and new installations.
Provide field service support, addressing any plumbing issues that arise on-site.
Execute heavy lifting tasks as needed while adhering to safety protocols.
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in plumbing with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
Preferred qualifications
Familiarity with plumbing fixture modernizations and maintenance experience is a plus.
Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material estimates.
Valid commercial driving license is advantageous for transportation of materials.
