McSween Custom Fabricating, Erecting, Welding Ltd. Is a Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada, based multi-discipline industrial fabrication and construction company that has been serving the industrial plant community since 1980. Our expertise covers a broad range of industries, which include Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Cement, Mining, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Heavy Industrial, Light Industrial, and Power Generation.

Promote and adhere to McSween's Safety Management System

Layout and mark structural members for cutting and drilling.

Rigging

Fit up of structural members for welding

Experience using brake and sheer (not required, but willing to train)

Job Requirements:

Journeyman/Woman Plate Fitter

Experience fitting structural in a shop environment, (5+ years)

Understands English, speaks average to excellent English, average to excellent English reading skills.

Read and interpret shop drawings and drawing specifications.

Positive, outgoing, motivated, and hardworking.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, in a fast paced environment.

The ability to communicate professionally with people of all levels.

Ability to work well in a team or individual environment.

Be able to take direction.

Tickets Required:

Alberta JM Plate Fitter ticket*

CSTS/PST

Confined Space (May be required), but will train.

Fall Protection (May be required), but will train.

AWP (May be required), but will train.

WHIMIS 2015
