Summary

We are currently hiring an experienced and motivated

Journeyman

Commercial Installer

to join our growing team. This role involves the fabrication, installation, maintenance, and replacement of commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, rooftop units, split systems, and related components. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial sheet metal work, can read and interpret mechanical drawings, and works efficiently both independently and as part of a team. A strong focus on precision, safety, and quality craftsmanship is essential.

Responsibilities

Fabricate, install, and replace commercial sheet metal duct systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to determine layout and installation details. Ensure all installations meet local building codes, project specifications, and company quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure efficient workflow and on-time project completion. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues and make adjustments as needed on-site. Provide professional interactions with clients, addressing any questions or concerns that arise during installation.

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in commercial sheet metal installation or equivalent journeyman certification. Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, installation techniques, and HVAC duct systems. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
