Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction plans accurately Perform concrete forming and rebar installation to soecifications Execute renovation projects with attention to detail and craftsmanship Install components ensuring precision and quality finishes Conduct some construction painting, siding installation, and caulking tasks Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery effectively Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry, wood framing, or general construction Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration Previous carpentry experience is a must, along with knowledge of assembly techniques Must be physically fit and comfortable working at heights on ladders and scaffolding A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites

Pay: $24.00-$44.00 per hour
