We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and craftsmanship, with experience in creating high-quality cabinets and custom furniture. This role requires precision, creativity, and the ability to work with various materials and tools. As a Cabinet Maker, you will play a crucial role in transforming designs into functional pieces that enhance the aesthetics and functionality of spaces.

Responsibilities

Construct cabinets and custom furniture according to specifications and design plans. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and assemble materials. Install cabinets on-site, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting. Collaborate to understand project requirements and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the building or installation process. Ensure all products meet quality standards before delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or in a related woodworking field. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. Knowledge of cabinet installation techniques and best practices. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Good physical stamina to handle lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various conditions. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
