Job Description

The perfect candidate will be able to break down an animal - domestic mainly beef

but also pork & lamb, follow cutting instructions, work unsupervised, a team player

Process a carcass from hanging in cooler according to customer cutting instructions

Have a least 2 year cutting experience

Must be able to process & cut meat from a carcass

Must be strong and in good health - position requires a fair amount of lifting

Wage based on experience

Must be English speaking and live in Canada or British Columbia

Wage based on experience with possible job advancement and wage

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
