FPH is looking for apprentice & Journeyman Plumbers to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Apprentice and Journeyman Plumbers to Join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plumbing/ Hvac/ fire protection systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently. A Foreman will oversee daily operations, ensure job quality, and maintain safety compliance on all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of plumbers, apprentices, and helpers. Be knowledgeable in Hvac and Fire protection systems. Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Maintain accurate project documentation, including work schedules and material usage. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions. Train and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers. Monitor and enforce safety procedures and protocols on job sites.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Plumber Foreman or similar leadership role. Valid red seal plumbing ticket. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient in troubleshooting plumbing issues. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Signed up ITA apprentice
