Current Microsoft Certifications will be an asset.Required technologies:Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration (Office 365 suite: Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)Microsoft 365 Identity and Threat Protection (Enterprise Mobility + Security)Microsoft 365 Device and Apps Management (Windows 10-11)M365 CoPilotSecondary technologies:Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI)Microsoft 365 Information Protection and Governance (Azure Information Protection, Security Center)Understanding of project management principles, such as WBS, effort estimating, approach definition, budgeting and the ability to apply these to Statements of Work.Understanding of (architectural) frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, COBITDemonstrated ability to write technical documents with attention to fine detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional cross-functional team collaboration skillsSelf-starter and able to manage expectations with a sales team and with customers.Strong leadership skills.Ability to travel up to 40%.College diploma or equivalent experience in the field of business administration, computer science or management information systems, preferred.Some reasons why our employees love working here!
