Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Residential Manager to join our team at a modern residential property. Situated in the intersection of Oxford Street and North Street (North East Corner), this building features 130 apartments. This is a full-time, live-in position, offering on-site housing.

Job Functions:

• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform daily cleaning of common areas, including the lobby, hallways, and communal spaces. Ensure the exterior remains clean and tidy, performing regular property checks.
• Tenant Management: Conduct unit inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs between tenants. Manage move-ins, move-outs, and deliveries, ensuring property security and adherence to building rules.
• Building Operations: Monitor building systems, conduct security checks, and maintain appliances storage up to date.
• Communication and Administration: Act as a point of contact for residents and service providers and respond to emergencies. Distribute correspondence and maintain tenant files and property records.

Experience Required:

• Previous building superintendent or property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in medium maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, cleaning, and general repairs is an asset.
• Familiarity with building systems including HVAC, electrical, and security monitoring.

Skills & Abilities:

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond promptly and diplomatically to tenant inquiries and issues.
• Physically capable of performing cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Suite/Outlook).
