Your Daily Tea-riffic Tasks:

• Serving customers with a smile: Help our guests find their new favorite bubble tea flavours!
• Bubble Tea Prep: Shaking up delicious bubble tea drinks, from classic milk teas to fruity blends with all the toppings you can dream of
• POS Handling: Cash, cards, and everything in between. (Don't worry, we'll show you how!)
• Maintaining the Vibe: Keep the store clean and organized while creating a welcoming, fun atmosphere for everyone who walks in
• Team Spirit: Help your teammates keep the energy high and the bubbles flowing!

What We're Looking For:

• A love for bubble tea (duh!) and a passion for creating happy moments with every cup.
• A positive attitude and a smile that's as bright as our teas!
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, fun environment. (No drama, just good vibes!)
• Experience in customer service, food & beverage, or handling cash? That's a bonus--but what's more important is your energy!

Key Qualifications:

• Food & Beverage experience considered an asset
• Strong customer service skills
• Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, nights, weekends and holidays

Required Education:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Food handler and First Aid certification considered an asset but not required

Job Duties include:

• Process cash, debit and credit card payments
• Drink preparation
• Daily cleaning & maintenance
• Various cafe duties
• Possible lifting of up to 25 lbs
