Community Living Sarnia-Lambton (CLSL) is a charitable not-for-profit unionized organization dedicated to enriching the lives of people who have an intellectual disability. With over 300 employees and volunteers, CLSL currently provides support and services to more than 300 participants and their families that promote individual choice and life goal achievement.

About the Role
The JobPath Coordinator oversees the daily operations of our JobPath employment-readiness program, supervises program staff, and provides direct support to participants preparing for community employment. The role includes curriculum development, employer outreach, participant instruction, and ensuring all program requirements under the Opportunities Fund/Service Canada are met.
You will play a key role in helping participants build confidence, develop employment skills, secure job placements, and access meaningful career opportunities.
Position Summary:
Coordinate daily jobPath workshop operations and support program staff
Deliver employment-readiness training (job skills, career exploration, job coaching)
Complete participant intake, assessments, case notes, and outcome tracking
Connect participants with community supports and resources
Update and deliver jobPath curriculum
Build employer relationships and promote inclusive hiring
Ensure compliance with Service Canada/Opportunities Fund requirements
Position Requirements:
Degree/diploma in Social Work, Human Services, Adult Education, Disability Studies, Employment Services, Business/Marketing, or related field
3-5 years of supervisory or related leadership experience
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges
Knowledge of employment readiness training, job coaching, or adult education
Strong employer outreach, public-speaking, and communication skills
Excellent computer skills and ability to meet deadlines
Valid G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends as needed)
A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector screening.
