Judy's Psychotherapy Clinic is a trauma-informed mental health practice located in Toronto. We provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our team is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families heal and grow, with a strong focus on EMDR and integrative trauma therapies.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a warm, skilled, and motivated therapist to join our team. This hybrid role requires the ability to work both in person and virtually. Applicants must be trained in EMDR or actively completing training (must have completed at least Weekend 1 of basic EMDR training through an EMDRIA-approved program).

Responsibilities:

Provide psychotherapy using EMDR and other modalities Conduct client assessments and create individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Attend team meetings, external supervision, and professional development sessions Work collaboratively within a supportive clinical environment

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Social Work Registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) EMDR basic training (minimum of Weekend 1 through an EMDRIA-approved provider) Experience with trauma-focused therapy Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of full EMDR basic training (both weekends) EMDRIA Certification or in progress Experience in private practice or community-based mental health settings
