Job Coach / Employment Support Worker

Job Description
As a Job Coach / Employment Support Worker, you will provide guidance for an individual with an intellectual disability, at their place of employment. The successful candidate will be required to assist this person with their employment duties through modelling the assigned tasks. You will offer motivation and encouragement while ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner to the required standard.
You will be supporting an individual with their Recreation Aide duties in a retirement home setting. The schedule is
Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday, 1-4pm
. A current police record check/vulnerable sector check is required.$17 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
