About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Professional Individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in a variety of construction tasks related to both commercial and residential projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of custom remodeling services tailored to meet the specific needs and vision of each client.

Exterior Remodeling Scope Includes:

Siding replacement and repair Deck and patio construction or upgrades Fence and gate installation Door and window replacement Roofing repairs and structural modifications Custom exterior trim, fascia, and soffit work Concrete walkways, landings, and steps
Interior Remodeling Scope Includes:

Bathroom and kitchen renovations Drywall installation, finishing, and repairs Flooring installation (LVP, tile, hardwood, etc.) Interior door and trim replacement Custom cabinetry and storage solutions Painting and surface finishing Framing modifications and layout reconfigurations

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Carpenter/ Handyman or in a similar role, showcasing a broad range of skills in construction, renovation, maintenance and repair work. Strong knowledge of carpentry and framing Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A valid driver's license Certification in relevant trades (e.g., AED/ DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate) is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
