JINYA Ramen Bar - Brentwood is located at the Amazing Brentwood Shopping Center, 1629-4567 Lougheed Hwy, Burnaby, BC Canada
Qualifications:
minimum 3 year serving experience in a fast pace, high-volume, casual dining restaurant
supervisory experience
strong execution ability to carry out tasks assigned by upper management.
strong interpersonal skills in handling internal team issues and customer complaints.
fluent communication in English, able to carry out a conversation with guests
good character, friendly, out-going, positive attitude
strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
able to learn and adapt quickly
You must have Serve It Right certification
Only long term candidates will be considered (1 year or more)
Responsibilities:
Greeting guests
introduce menu, food and drink items
taking orders
Run food
Present bill
Take payment
Setting and cleaning tables
Packing to-go orders
General cleaning
Supervise a small team
Handling customer issues
