Responsibilities

Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain an organized sales floor through effective merchandising strategies that attract customers. Utilize basic math skills for pricing, discounts, and handling cash transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Uphold company standards for phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy sales periods.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Strong technical sales knowledge is advantageous for understanding product specifications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with customers effectively. Ability to upsell products based on customer needs while maintaining a positive shopping experience. Basic math skills are required for handling transactions accurately. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy sales environment. Time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
