Position Overview

We're seeking a

Part-Time Sales Associate

for our kiosk at

CF Market Mall

. This position is ideal for university or college students who want flexible hours, a creative retail environment, and an opportunity to work with beautiful jewelry while developing strong customer service and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide friendly, personalized service. Share the meaning and details behind our jewelry designs. Offer styling advice and help customers choose their perfect pieces. Achieve sales goals through exceptional service and upselling. Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized kiosk display. Process transactions and handle exchanges/returns professionally.

Qualifications

Positive, approachable, and customer-focused. Strong communication and people skills. Retail experience is an asset but not required -- training provided. Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently. Availability for some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
