We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and a strong understanding of various spa services. This role requires a blend of technical skills and customer service expertise to ensure that each client receives personalized care and attention. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering high-quality treatments.

Duties

Perform Japanese head spa treatments for clients, including scalp massage, hair and scalp care, and relaxation techniques. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and relaxed. Educate clients on hair and scalp health and product usage. Promote additional services and referral programs when appropriate. Handle scheduling and appointments professionally, adhering to part-time or on-call availability. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain and care for all tools, equipment, and products used in treatments.

Requirements

Certification in esthetics, hairstyling, or massage therapy. Prior experience in spa or wellness services preferred. Professional, reliable, and customer-focused. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work part-time or on-call, including flexible scheduling. Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Passion for wellness, relaxation, and providing excellent client experiences.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
