We are looking for a friendly, polished, and professional Host/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests.

Position Overview

As our Host / Spa Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of Bella Vida Head Spa. You will greet and check in guests, manage bookings, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth flow from arrival to departure. This is the perfect role for someone who is detail-oriented, loves creating exceptional guest experiences, and thrives in a calm, upscale environment.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience. Manage the spa's booking system, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and changes. Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide information about treatments, promotions, and spa policies. Process payments, issue receipts, and handle gift card sales. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and guest waiting areas. Assist with light administrative tasks and guest service needs. Collaborate with the spa team to ensure an exceptional, seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in reception, front desk, or hospitality is an asset (spa/salon experience is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to

prioritize tasks and multitask

effectively in a guest-focused environment. Comfort using booking and point-of-sale systems (training provided). Ability to remain calm and friendly during busy periods.

Schedule & Compensation

Required hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 4:30 PM - Close Saturday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Sunday: 5:00 PM - Close Staff discounts on treatments and products.
