Zen & Flow - Japanese Head Spa | Ilderton / London, ON

Zen & Flow is a luxury Japanese Head Spa offering an elevated, deeply relaxing experience through water therapy, massage, and pressure-point techniques. We are currently seeking one to two self-motivated, hands-on practitioners to join our growing spa.

No Japanese Head Spa experience is required. Full training is provided.

A background in aesthetics, hairstyling, massage, or wellness is considered a strong asset.

Compensation

$22.00 per hour
Location & Transportation Requirement

Spa location: Ilderton, ON Reliable transportation and access to your own vehicle is required
About the Role

This is a highly hands-on, client-facing position. You will work independently with clients, delivering calming, detail-oriented treatments using water, massage, and pressure-point techniques. You must be comfortable working alone, taking initiative, and maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Japanese Head Spa treatments after completing in-house training Use hands-on techniques including water therapy, massage, and pressure-point work Create a calm, luxurious, and safe experience for every client Open and close the spa independently Maintain a pristine environment (cleaning, sanitizing, organizing, laundering linens) Communicate clearly and professionally with clients

Step 3: Practical Interview

Candidates selected from steps one and two will be invited to attend an in-person practical interview, where they will learn and perform a portion of the Japanese Head Spa method.
