As the exclusive Jacuzzi dealer in Southern Ontario, we specialize in one-day bath-to-shower conversions. We're seeking skilled Lead Installers and motivated Apprentices who want to grow with a company built on quality. What We Offer:

Monday to Friday schedule with overtimeand occasional weekend work. Paid, hands-on training with opportunities to advance into Lead roles. Uniforms and work boot allowance. Company vehicle for qualified lead installers. Performance bonuses and referral program.

Compensation:

Top performers can exceed CAD$120k+/year

Overview:

Travel to homes to complete full bath or shower demolition and installation using company vans and equipment. Follow quality focused installation procedures. Install Jacuzzi products as instructed with accuracy. Work with plumber to perform minor plumbing (drain/p-trap adjustments only). Keep job sites spotless upon exit. Walk homeowners through the process throughout the installation.

Requirements:

3+ years' experience in bath/shower installs, construction, or carpentry. Comfortable with drywall, wood, and power tools. Basic plumbing knowledge (PEX-B, ABS). Able to lift 75 lbs, bend, and work in tight spaces. Driver's license with clean record. Positive, respectful, and professional attitude.

Overtime pay in accordance with Ontario Law Salary depends on hours and performance
