Upon arrival, you will support the R&D, plant operations and project teams by ensuring that all consumables, materials, equipment, services are identified and coded consistently and according to the technical engineering definition. You will report to the Logistics Director. This is your opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team as you enrich your career and work on Enerkem\'s unique and disruptive technology.

Your role and responsibilities will be the following:

  • Maintain the master file, establish product configurations and ensure data integrity and accuracy in the ERP system.
  • Creates new items for products: spare parts, consumables, material, equipment, services in the ERP system.
  • Manage the spare part list, contact supplier to update the information.
  • Establishes the nomenclature (BOM) of products and updates product information in the ERP system, piloting the process with cross-functional teams.
  • Partners with R&D and plant operations teams to reclassify inventory to the appropriate status as product moves through the lifecycle of discontinued and obsolete assets.
  • Prepares and supports the project team with all documentation from product to operations, quality and customers as requested.
  • listing material specifications and standards to be applied for the project by providing feedback and expertise on materials standardization philosophy.
  • Review the Preliminary Required Material List (MTO) to ensure consistency with coding agreed upon by engineering disciplines.
  • Track the delivery and create the reception of merchandise for the research and development center.
  • Work in relation with the Logistic coordinator to coordinate transport of small parcel.
  • Performs other assigned duties.
Qualifications
  • AEC or DEC in purchasing management or an equivalent discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to understand and adhere to all procedures and policies relating to safety, environment, quality and operation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and English, both orally and in writing
  • Good experience with an ERP (preferably Dynamics)
  • Knowledge of Excel (intermediate to expert level)
  • Knowledge of product nomenclatures
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, including engineering and project office teams
  • Methodical and meticulous with excellent organizational skills
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Cooperative and takes a constructive approach to problem solving as well as communication with individuals at all levels of the organization.
