We are currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, and hardworking IT professional to fill the position of Information Technology Support Technician at our busy law firm. We offer an opportunity to work for an industry-leading company with a competitive compensation and benefits package. Information Technology Support Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• The first 3-6 months of the role will see the incumbent assisting the IT Manager with document management relating to a crucial software migration project
• Managing server backups, logs, and other systems
• Answering inquiries from staff regarding software & network issues daily and assisting with troubleshooting
• Managing hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Delivering technical training to new and existing staff on the use of our software

Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 A combination of relevant knowledge, experience, or technical training \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, & Windows 10 \xc2\xb7 Understanding of networking concepts (IP address, routers, switches, printers, windows active directory) \xc2\xb7 The following skills are not required for the position but are considered an asset: \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of o/s imaging software \xc2\xb7 Experience in scripting language, particularly Visual Basic \xc2\xb7 Experience with Microsoft Access Database \xc2\xb7 Advanced proficiency with formatting in Microsoft Word \xc2\xb7 Experience working with Elite/3m Accounting Software \xc2\xb7 Experience working with SAP Crystal Reports The successful candidate must have the ability to: \xc2\xb7 Ability to quickly learn new procedures and software \xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written communication skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent organization and attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Able to multitask and change priorities quickly as business needs dictate \xc2\xb7 Demonstrates a professional demeanor, high ethical standards, respect and commitment to service excellence We thank you for your interest in our position!
