Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, manage computer systems, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network security, and supporting end-users across various platforms. The IT Technician will play a critical role in maintaining system integrity and delivering excellent customer service to internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, POS systems, printers, and peripherals Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Perform break/fix services, part replacement, and device swaps Install and configure Windows systems and basic networking equipment Support POS devices, receipt printers, scanners, and payment terminals Follow ticket instructions and meet SLA timelines Communicate with dispatch and submit service reports after job completion

Requirements

1+ year of IT support or field technician experience Working knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking Experience with printers, POS, or enterprise hardware (preferred) Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Smartphone and/or laptop for ticket updates Strong communication and customer service skills Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

CompTIA A+ / Network+ Experience with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Zebra, NCR, Honeywell, or Cisco hardware MSP or enterprise field services experience

Pay: $19.30-$30.00 per hour
