Job Description

Alteo is looking for a Level 1 and 2 IT Technician for a contract position based in Laval. Three-month contract with the possibility of permanent employment. 100% on-site.
Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and software
  • Provide technical support to users
  • (on-site and remotely)
  • Train and assist users with internal IT tools
  • Manage IT equipment inventory and stock
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware or software failures
  • Ensure operating systems and software are up to date
  • Manage user accounts and access rights (Active Directory, O365, etc.)
  • Apply internal IT management procedures
  • Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of security rules (updates, Intune deployment, etc.)
  • Participate in the evolution of IT support automation using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra
Profile:
  • DEC in IT or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in office environments (Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 & 11)
  • Proficiency in managing iPhone, iPad, and Android devices
  • Basic knowledge of networking
  • Proficiency in remote support tools, primarily Intune
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity (an asset)
  • Bilingualism in spoken and written English, as the position involves working with English-speaking suppliers and customers
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
  • Autonomy, resourcefulness, and proactivity
  • Responsibility and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, both verbal and written
Alteo recherche un Technicien TI de Niveau 1 et 2 pour un emploi contractuel base a Laval. 3 mois de contrat avec possibilite de permanence. 100% en presentiel.
Responsabilites:
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail, imprimantes, peripheriques, appareils mobiles et logiciels
  • Assurer le support technique aupres des utilisateurs (sur site et a distance)
  • Former et accompagner les utilisateurs aux outils informatiques internes
  • Gerer l'inventaire du materiel informatique et les stocks
  • Diagnostiquer et resoudre les pannes materielles ou logicielles
  • Assurer la mise a jour des systemes d'exploitation et des logiciels
  • Gerer les comptes utilisateurs et les droits d'acces (Active Directory, O365, etc.)
  • Appliquer les procedures internes de gestion des TI
  • Contribuer au deploiement et au maintien des regles de securite (mises a jour, deploiement Intune, etc.)
  • Participer a l'evolution de l'automatisation du support informatique en utilisant l'outil Microsoft Intune et Microsoft Entra
Profil:
  • DEC en TI ou l'equivalent
  • 5+ annees d'experience dans un poste similaire
  • Maitrise des environnements bureautiques (Microsoft 365 et Windows 10 & 11)
  • Maitrise la gestion des appareils iPhone, iPad et Android
  • Connaissances de base en reseau
  • Maitrise des outils de support a distance principalement Intune
  • Connaissances en cybersecurite (atout)
  • Bilinguisme a l'orale et a l'ecrit puisqu'il collabore avec des fournisseurs et clients anglophones
  • Excellentes aptitudes de travail en equipe et esprit positif
  • Sens de l'autonomie, debrouillardise et proactivite
  • Etre responsable et soucieux du detail
  • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, leadership et de communication, verbales et ecrites
