• You are equally at home on a Mac or PC.
• Your professional background has allowed you to acquire solid experience in supporting premedia production systems and processes.
• You have a very good knowledge of digital media and emerging technologies.

Workplace: Our offices are located at 1500 Jules Poitras Boulevard, in St-Laurent. Possibility of telecommuting one day per week.

In this role, your main mandate will be to provide technical support to internal and external users for desktop publishing environments (Mac OS) mainly, but also office automation (Windows).

Specifically, your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Analyze, resolve, and document technical problems.
• Participate in the integration of systems and applications.
• Ensure the update of the various applications and utilities.
• Maintain the inventory of equipment and software.
• Ensure color management (creation of profiles, support of different applications and improvement of color reproduction in general).
• Calibrate and maintain the various reproduction equipment (printers, screens, etc.).
• Participate in the development and integration of new digital services.
• Provide support for digital production tools.
