What You'll Do
Provide responsive helpdesk and desk-side support
Troubleshoot networking, phones, workstations, printers, and applications
Install, configure, and update hardware and software
Manage support tickets, assist with servers, and maintain infrastructure
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to solve challenges
What We're Looking For
IT program graduate or relevant experience/certifications
Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities
Flexibility to work shifts and participate in an on-call rotation, providing 24-hour support as part of the team
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Banff or Canmore - This role is fully onsite and not remote
