Summary: We need a bilingual IT technical support specialist with technical skills in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and radio frequency technologies for the Internet of Things. You should be familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Zoho Desk and Zendesk, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, provide technical support via phone, chat, and email, process warranty returns and orders, and contribute to new product development. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
