Accurate Network Services Inc. is on the hunt for a master-class Service Desk Technical Analyst to join our team of lovable computer nerds in our Calgary office! The person who holds this role is the voice at the end of the line providing awesome\xe2\x80\x94not to mention critical\xe2\x80\x94customer support. As the core of the Accurate Service Desk, we count on you to create an incredible customer experience by leaning into your troubleshooting skills and resourcefulness. As a Technical Analyst at Accurate, you will be working with a small team of techs to support a select group of clients. We use Autotask to track tickets and queues, and we\xe2\x80\x99ll provide ample training on how the mechanics of the system work. Most of the calls that you\xe2\x80\x99ll be tackling deal with Microsoft 365, Windows Server administration, Line of Business applications, or requests for changes. We place a heavy emphasis on certifications and training, so if you don\xe2\x80\x99t already have your A+ or a few Microsoft certifications under your belt, you can still apply and take advantage of our Professional Development program to get certed up. We are looking for a strong & experienced technical analyst to join the team and welcome a range of experience and education levels. While this hybrid role is primarily providing remote support from the office, there may be occaisional onsite work where you will be required to go desk-side to our clients\xe2\x80\x99 locations to provide support. You will also be required to take part in an on-call rotation (approximately one week every 12 weeks).
