Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT - Technical Analyst II to join our client
Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extension or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $34 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: 100% onsite
Business Hours: Monday to Friday - Core business hours ,7:30am-6:00pm (the candidate needs to be available to work within these hours, on rotational shifts)
Job Responsibilities:

• The primary accountability of this position is to provide first-level technical support
• Provide onsite support to employees and contractors for technical issues, applications and software as well as provided devices and hardware
• Ensure a high level of service delivery in accordance with Framework and policies
• Educate end users on hardware, software and access request processes
• Perform controlled and timely resolution of incidents while prioritizing and monitoring client satisfaction
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose hardware issues and perform repairs on various types of laptops and desktops
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement as well as provide ongoing feedback
• Identify and escalate wide-impact or potential wide-impacting issues/outages

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• 2-4 Years of Relevant Experience
• Technical support background, banking or financial institution is preferred
• Strong computing and navigational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 0365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Windows 11, MAC, hardware repair
• Experience with ticketing systems is an asset
• CompTIA A+ certification
• Experience within Office for Mobile, BYOD
