Responsibilities
Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot software issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Assist in the implementation of new software and technologies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Participate in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
Conduct training sessions for users on new technologies.
Utilize pipelines to track and report on project progress.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
Assist in troubleshooting network issues and connectivity problems.
Analyze user feedback to improve IT services.
Provide feedback on system improvements and user experience.
Experience/Qualifications
Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting software issues.
Commitment to personal development and continuous learning.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Familiarity with project management pipelines for tracking progress.
Ability to assist in software implementation and technology adoption.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Ability to monitor system performance and troubleshoot network issues.
Experience in developing and maintaining IT documentation.
Analytical skills to gather and respond to user feedback.
Experience conducting user training sessions on new technologies.
