Join our team as a key contributor in providing critical application and technical support for our 24x7 Loans and Trade Finance applications. This role involves working closely with global teams to ensure seamless operation and integration of our systems, while adhering to information security and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
(Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields
• Proficiency in at least one of the following scripting skills: Shell, Perl, Batch, or Python
• Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows servers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good documentation skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SQL/Pl SQL
• 24/7 availability during On-Call schedule

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of Java J2EE applications
• Familiarity with infrastructure, MQ, Websphere, and Tomcat
• ITIL foundation knowledge/certification
• Experience with application deployments and installations
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, ITSM, and SN
• Good understanding of Service Now or similar tool and the service management processes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide application and technical support to critical Loans and Trade Finance applications
• Act as a subject matter expert on application architecture, disaster recovery, and infrastructure integration
• Participate in technical projects related to Financing Solutions platforms
• Maintain application and systems as per Information Security guidelines
• Ensure data protection regulations are implemented
• Lead the Change Control review meeting to ensure data quality and coordinate approvals
