The IT Systems Administrator role will assist with our helpdesk calls and tickets as well as being an escalation resource for our Service Technicians. System Administrators will also be involved with various client projects, so experience with project work is an asset.

This person will need to be very organized and be able to confidently work and clearly communicate with client's on both technical and customer service issues.

The qualified candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP and GPO. These experiences will include planning, implementing and maintaining these systems. They will also have knowledge in virtualization and clustering.

There is also a requirement for networking experience including enterprise grade firewalls, Layer2 and 3 switching and VLANs. Office 365 knowledge including implementation and migration is a plus, as is disaster recovery/business continuity planning and maintaining.

Mediatory Requirements:

Networking experience including enterprise grade firewalls, Layer2 and 3 switching and VLANs Office 365 knowledge including implementation and migration is a plus, as is disaster recovery/business continuity planning and maintaining. Extensive experience in Microsoft Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP and GPO. Candidate must be able to work at our Victoria office and have a valid drivers license. Must be a Permanent Canadian Resident
