: IT Support
Duties:
- Provide technical support to office staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN connectivity problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
- Set up and troubleshoot office equipment such as printers, scanners, and projectors
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of office phone systems
- Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting LAN connectivity issues
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
