This role is a hybrid position combining remote help desk support and onsite technical service. You'll assist local businesses with day-to-day IT issues from home, and also perform onsite tasks such as:
- Administering managed IT services for clients
- Computer installations and troubleshooting
- Network setup and diagnostics
- Hardware and software support
