We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join a collaborative team that provides technical assistance across multiple offices. This role involves a mix of in-person and remote support, working closely with non-technical stakeholders. You will primarily support with Level 2 issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and calls for all offices.
• Provide IT support via phone, email, remote connection, and in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and document issues related to Windows, Office 365, company-specific applications, and network connectivity.
• Track equipment assignments and maintain accurate records in inventory systems.
• Set up and support PCs, monitors, printers, VOIP phones, and other shared equipment.
• Coordinate IT onboarding for new employees.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in an IT-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support or similar roles.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCITP, or CCNA are an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, and Azure environments.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is an asset.
