Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients with computer systems, hardware, or software issues. You will also respond to customer queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and implement solutions. Responsibilities
Work remotely from your home office
Attend occasional onsite meetings and visits with clients
Monitor and respond to requests received through the IT Help desk by phone or email
Provide customers with support from basic help desk support to advanced troubleshooting
Primary escalation point for technology problems that can\xe2\x80\x99t be resolved by tier 1 support staff
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Occasional on-call availability during evenings/weekends to ensure business operations continuity
Participate in operations or infrastructure projects/activities
Perform any other IT duties as required
Minimum Requirements
College Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent)
3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT administration, preferably for an MSP
Suitable at home work environment
Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and reliable transportation
Excellent verbal communication skills
Technical Skills
Microsoft 365 and Azure
Technical knowledge of server and computer operating systems
Technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards
