Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an IT Analyst to join Bethany\'s Information Technology team. Reporting to the Managers of IT Business Solution and IT Infrastructure Services, you will support existing applications and IT services at Bethany.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Responding to client support issues via phone, voicemail, and e-mail to identify hardware/software issues and offer solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Performing day-to-day troubleshooting and supporting of current systems in collaboration with vendor support teams

• Write complex SQL queries to support automation and continuous business improvement initiatives.
• Analyzing situations, diagnosing problems, while developing and implementing solutions within narrow timelines
• Troubleshoot and repair problems that occur in the everyday use of business applications.
• Participating in the planning, design, development, configuration/integration, testing, service introduction of new applications and services
• Design, build, test and publish canned and ad-hoc reports.

Qualifications:

As the ideal candidate, you will possess:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an IT Support Analyst working on business/clinical application systems and/or IT network/infrastructure initiatives.
• Minimum one (1) year working experience with SQL Server and intermediate level of SQL skills.
• A University Degree or a diploma in computer science and/or information technology or related discipline is required.
• Strong business, analytical and critical thinking skills. You will be able to work with a collaborative team on several different applications and technologies.

• Experience with Microsoft tools including Microsoft 365, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Azure
• Ability to effectively partner with business and clinical resources at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities; changing course and direction as needed.
• Strong collaboration and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Experience working with Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and RDS would be an asset.

• Project management experience would be an asset.
• Experience with implementing and supporting Finance, Purchasing and HR/Payroll (Recruiting and On-boarding, Talent Management, Performance Management, Attendance, Leave Management, and Employee Self Service) applications would be an asset
